AFTER YEAR ONE
What Happens After the First Year?
After the first year, you'll need to renew your domain and hosting. We'll remind you before renewal is due and handle it for you if you'd like. Typical annual costs:
- Domain renewal: approx. €20–€35/year
- Hosting: approx. €80–€150/year depending on your site
- Professional email (if used): approx. €50/year
These are standard industry costs — we don't mark them up.

Fixed. What we quote before starting work is what you pay. There are no hidden extras or surprise invoices.
Do I pay everything upfront?
We typically ask for a 50% deposit to start work, with the balance due on launch. We can discuss alternatives if needed.
What if I need something that's not in a package?
Get in touch and describe what you need. We'll give you a custom quote — we're used to unusual requirements.
Can I upgrade from a Starter to a Business website later?
Yes — we can always expand your site. We'll quote for the additional work based on what you need.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No — all prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Irish VAT (23%) applies unless you are VAT-registered and provide your VAT number.
